Terms of Use
Website Terms of Use
Kidstruecare Learning Center Inc. ("Kids True Care", "we", "us", or "our")
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the therapy services themselves — those are set out in the separate service agreement and consent documents you sign before your child's program begins. Where the two conflict for service matters, the service agreement controls.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not Medical or Clinical Advice
Important. The content on this website — including every article in our Resources section — is general educational information about autism, ABA therapy, and Ontario funding programs. It is not medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an individualised assessment by a qualified professional who knows your child.
- Reading this website does not create a clinician–client or therapeutic relationship between you and us.
- Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here. Behaviour strategies described in general terms may be wrong for your child without a proper functional behaviour assessment.
- We make no guarantee of any particular clinical result. Outcomes in ABA therapy vary between children and depend on many factors outside our control.
- Information about the Ontario Autism Program, SSAH, insurance coverage, waitlists, and costs reflects our understanding at the time of writing. These programs change. Verify current details with the administering body before relying on them.
- If your child is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. This website is not monitored for emergencies, and neither is our contact form.
Who May Use This Site
This site is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, professionals, and prospective employees, and is directed to residents of Ontario, Canada. It is not intended for use by children. Submission forms — including the contact form and the child intake questionnaire — must be completed by an adult with legal authority to provide information about the child concerned.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or information about a child you have no authority to provide.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, our intake records, or our staff or client portals.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated scraping, bulk submissions, or attempts to circumvent rate limiting.
- Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Submissions and Confidentiality
Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive health information by ordinary email — email is not a secure channel. Use the intake questionnaire, which encrypts sensitive fields, or speak with us by phone.
Submitting an enquiry or intake questionnaire does not create an obligation on us to accept your child for services, and does not reserve a place in any program or waitlist until we confirm it in writing.
Third-Party Services and Links
We use Calendly to schedule consultations and offer WhatsApp as a contact option. When you use those services you are also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site we link to.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, text, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Kidstruecare Learning Center Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
Accuracy and Availability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidstruecare Learning Center Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of — or inability to use — this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability arising under Ontario consumer protection legislation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
