Lead Behaviour Therapist
Part-time · Durham Region (In-Home)
Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions in family homes under RBA supervision. Track data, run behaviour plans, support other Behaviour Therapists, and help each child make progress.
- •Experience working with children with autism
- •8+ years supervising ABA programs
- •ABA training or coursework preferred
- •Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- •Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Registered Behaviour Analyst - RBA
Part-time · Durham Region (Hybrid)
Supervise clinical programs, complete assessments, build treatment plans, and mentor Behaviour Therapists. Lead parent training and work with our clinical director.
- •RBA registration (Ontario)
- •10+ years supervising ABA programs
- •Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar tools
- •Strong written and verbal communication
Behaviour Therapist (BT)
Part-time · Durham Region (In-Home)
Support children with autism through structured play, skill-building activities, and behaviour support under the guidance of a supervising RBA.
- •Degree or diploma in psychology, ECE, or related field
- •ABA training or coursework preferred
- •Passion for working with children and families
- •Available for afternoon and evening sessions
